last beacn

It was sunny with the maximum temp. of 33℃.

I'm leaving here tomorrow, so it was almost the last day
to go out somewhere around my place today.

I studied French a lot and prepared for leaving,
and went to southern beach!

It was just beautiful!
I prefer the Indian Ocean! :D

Good bye, awesome beaches...

In the evening, I watched Jamie's programme as usual
and it was the last time to watch it coz I'll already
have left here at the time tomorrow.

The fee of taxi after 18:00 on new year's eve becomes
more expensive, so not to pay a lot, I'm gonna leave here
just before 17:00, though my flight departs at 21:50.
I'll be waiting for a long time at the Perth and Cairns airport.

ahhh, time really flies!
2010's almost gone and 2011's coming.
Have I done what I should have done in this year??

I'm looking forward to seeing out the old year and
seeing in the new on the flight tomorrow!!

See ya. :)

freo

It was cooler today, though it wa around 32℃.

It's been sunny all the day here in WA,
but it's still raining in Brisbane and around there,
so the damages of flood seem to be terrible.

We always watch and hear its news on TV.
I'm worried about my friends and teachers in Brissy. :O
Hope it stops raining and sunshine again!

I went to Freo, first to the library to return the cookbook.
I've copied loads of recipes on cookbooks there.

After that, I went to Woolworths and some other shops.
I was gonna buy some desserts for Xmas coz it must be
cheaper now, after Xmas day.
But they weren't.

I walked around there and it might have been
the last time to do that here.

In the evening, I enjoyed watching Jamie's programme.
On today's show, he made roast beef, grased carrots,
buttered roast potatoes, mushroom & onion gravy,
watercress salad, and Yorkshire puddings in 30min!
Is it really possible for me to do that??
I wanna try!

And I studied some French words after watching it.
It's so difficult to read its words coz there're some alphabets
which aren't read depend on its place or things like that.
I'm still confusing! :S

I'll prepare for leaving tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.

See ya. :)

french

It was cooler today, it just means it was cooler
than yesterday coz the maximum temp was 34℃. ^^;

In another words...
Il fait chaud!

I've been studying French today.
But I don't think my skill is improved.. ^^;

un, deux, rois, quatre, cinq, six sep, huit, neuf, dix!

Thse are the bottlenecks.
80 = quatre-vingts (=4×20)
81 = quatre-vingt-un (=4×20+1)
.
.
.
90 = quatre-vingts-dix (=4×20+10)... lolol

Why do French not only add but multiply,
and do both of them at a time???

There're worlds news on TV every day and
I sometimes watch its Japanese and French ones.

When I was watching it a few days ago,
Vanessa Paradis appeared and was singing!
I love her songs, especially 'Be My Baby' and 'Il y a...'
The PV of 'Il y a...' was made by Johnny! ;)
That's awesome!

Oh and I've copied loads of recipes of Jamie and
I have to return 'Jamie's Ministry of Food' tomorrow.

Thanks, Jamie, for the great recipes and tips of
incredibly moreish foods!!

I'm gonna Freo and it's gonna be the last time
to walk aorund there tomorrow.

See ya. :)

hotter

It was very hot and sunny with the maximum
temperature of 40℃ today!
I absolutely needed to use the air conditioner.

It's the last week I stay in AUS,
but I've already been to places around here.
So I'm preparing my leaving, buy something a bit more
to bring back to Japan, study French and copy some recipes
on The Ministry of Food this week.

It seems that some shops or supermarkets are
already opened from today or yesterday.

But I need to go to the library to return the book
and it's closed until the day after tomorrow,
so I'm going shopping on the same day.

I may stay at home tomorrow coz it's so hot,
though it's gonna be a little bit cooler.

By the way, the new TV programme 'Jamie's 30 Minute Meals'
started to be broadcasted this evening!!
It was sooo good as well!
And he always make me feel like cooking!

I wanna buy its cookbook but if I buy it,
my suitcase may be over weight..
So I'm gonna just buy his magazine and
the latest issue of delicious. before leaving here
or at the airport.

Oh and it seems to be very bad weather in Japan
at the end of this year and the beginning of the next year..
I'm happy to go back to see my family or friends,
but I'm gonna miss those ever hot days in AUS.

See ya. :)

hot

It's a very hot day today.
It's already been in the evening and usually becomes
windy and cooler, but it's still around 33℃ now!
Tomorrow it's gonna be hotter, around 40℃...

It was the Boxing day and most of the shops were
still closed and roads must have been empty.

I'll write some about the tourist spots in Perth city
where I visited a few days ago with the other photos.

*London Court

It's a narrow and not so long street.
It was built as the mixture of residences and shops
based on the style in the reign of Queen Elizabeth in 1937.

*WA Museum
Free entry
You can see various of historical and interesting things
from animals or fossils to very old-time toys.

*Swan Bell Tower

It's one of the biggest musical instruments in the world.
Its outside was designed like th Opera House in sydney.
It has 12 bells which have been in the 14 century in London.

*St. Mary's Cathedral
It's the Gothic style cathedral.
The side faces to the Murray St. (on the photo I've shown before)
was build in 1865.

*Perth Mint

It was established to dig gold and make gold coins for
the British Empire as a branch office of the Royal Mint
in London in 1899.

There're lots of buildings or places which have long history
and look traditional and great.

...But I prefer walking around in Fremantle!
Everything looks like that in the 19 century.
You must like it!

By the way, there's the film 'Titanic' on TV tonite.
That's why I'm writing this blog earlier.

Have a great week. :)
